How Do I Upload Verification Documents?

To complete identity verification (KYC), you can upload your documents directly from your account settings.

Step 1: Open Account Settings

Log in to your Parivo account and navigate to:

My Account → Settings

Step 2: Click "Verify Identity"

In the Identity Verification section, click the Verify Identity button.

Step 3: Follow the Verification Process

You will be guided through the verification process and asked to upload the required documents.

Depending on the verification requirements, you may need to provide:

Proof of Identity

• Passport
• National ID Card
• Driver's License

Proof of Address

• Utility Bill
• Bank Statement
• Government-issued document showing your address

Step 4: Submit Your Documents

Before submitting your documents, make sure:

✓ All information is clearly visible
✓ The document is valid and not expired
✓ All four corners of the document are visible
✓ Images are clear and high quality
✓ Information matches your Parivo account details

Step 5: Wait for Review

Once your documents have been submitted, our verification team will review them.

You may receive:

• Verification approval
• A request for additional documents
• A notification if any document needs to be resubmitted

Verification Status

You can check your verification status at any time from:

My Account → Settings → Identity Verification

Statuses may include:

• Pending
• Verified
• Additional Information Required
